Shipping Questions

Shipping is free for all orders in the contiguous United States. International orders ship with a flat $75 rate per order.

All orders will ship via UPS Ground.

Please contact our customer support team at (800) 803-6593 to file a missing package claim with UPS.

During the Checkout process you will be prompted to enter a Shipping Address. For locations outside the contiguous United States, simply choose the correct country from the drop-down menu and enter the address you wish to ship to.

Please note that International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All prices on our site are in US dollars. You will be charged at the current exchange rate by your credit card company.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes (VAT), customs duties, and fees which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Spiritual Cowboy has no control over these charges, nor can Spiritual Cowboy predict what they may be.

Tracking information can be found within the Orders section when you login to My Account. Once your order ships you will also receive an email containing a link to track your package.

Order Questions

Standard shipping with UPS ground is 3-5 business days. All orders ship within 1-2 days from order placement.

To see your order history, click here. You will then be able to view all of your orders, their shipping status, and any tracking info.

During our soft launch you may occasionally encounter long-than-typical fulfillment times and we may contact you by email or phone regarding delays to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Absolutely! For orders containing gifts, simply enter the alternate Shipping Address for the recipient during checkout. If you wish to include a Gift Message, type it in the Order Notes box during checkout and we’ll include it in the package.

You should receive an Order Confirmation Email at the email address you provided during checkout shortly after your order has been placed.

We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email pictures of the item to [email protected] with your Order Number in the subject line as soon as you receive the item and we will be happy to assist you.

If you need to cancel a recently placed order before it has been fulfilled, please contact Customer Service by phone at 1(800)803-6593 or by email with your Order Number in the subject line as soon as possible.

We charge 8.25% sales tax to any orders shipping to Texas.

All credit card payments will be processed immediately once checkout has completed.

Technical Questions

Creating a Spiritual Cowboy account is easy and we highly recommend it!

To create a new account, click here and enter your email address under Register. You’ll receive an account creation email shortly thereafter and from there you’ll be able to access your new account, change your password, and more.

To make changes to an account you’re currently signed into, click here to access your Account Details page.

From this page you’ll be able to:

  • Change your First Name, Last Name, and Display Names
  • Change your Email Address
  • Change your Password

Step 1: Check your email address

Make sure you’re using the same email address and password you registered with.

Step 2: Change your password

If you can’t remember your password, simply click on the “forgotten password” link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly ____ times, your account will be locked for ____ minutes. If your account is locked, you can also reset your password.

Step 3: Delete your Cookies

Try deleting your cookies, we’ve often found that clearing these means you can regain access to your account. Please be aware, this may also remove any items from your basket or Saved Items if you’re not logged into your account before clearing your cookies.

If your issue isn’t password related, here are a few things you may want to check:

  • Make sure that ‘Block all cookies’ function is disabled on your browser’s settings.
  • Check that Javascript is enabled on your browser’s settings.
  • Make sure that you don’t have any content blockers installed

If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care team by clicking ‘Contact Us Now’ on this page, giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screenshots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.

If you’ve forgotten your password, it’s really simple to get back into your account.

    • Step 1 – Head over to our sign in page by clicking here or it can be found in the right-hand corner of the screen.
    • Step 2 – Click the ‘forgot password?’ link and enter your email address.
    • Step 3 – We’ll then email you a link directly to your registered email address to reset your password.

Having trouble finding the email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your account.
